Reach out with your property address and let us know what platform you’re listing on. We’ll confirm scheduling and availability.

We visit and measure

We come to the property and use a Bluetooth laser to capture precise room dimensions. You don’t need to be there — just make sure we have access.

We draft and refine

We draw the floor plan from the measurements, label all rooms, add dimensions, and review it for accuracy before it leaves our hands.

You get the files

Your finished floor plan arrives by email as a high-res PNG and PDF — sized and ready to upload to your listing with no extra steps.

What file types will I receive?

A high-resolution PNG and a PDF. Both are sized for direct upload to Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, Realtor.com, and most other listing platforms — no editing or conversion needed on your end.

How long does it take?

Most floor plans are delivered within 2 business days of the on-site visit. Larger or more complex properties may take a little longer — we’ll give you an estimated delivery time when we schedule.

Do you come to the property?

Yes — for full-service floor plans, we visit the property in person to take measurements. You don’t need to be there yourself; a tenant, co-host, or property manager letting us in works fine. Most visits take 30–60 minutes. If you already have a floor plan you want cleaned up, no site visit is needed — just send us what you have.

Is this for Airbnb, Zillow, or both?

Both, and more. We work with short-term rental hosts on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms, and with property sellers or agents listing on Zillow, Realtor.com, or through an MLS. If you’re listing somewhere else, reach out — we can likely help.

Does the floor plan include room dimensions?

Yes. Every floor plan includes labeled rooms and measured dimensions. If you’d like square footage per room or a total square footage callout, just mention it when you book.

Can the floor plan include furniture?

It can — furniture placement is an optional add-on. Some clients prefer a clean architectural layout; others like showing furniture so guests or buyers can better picture the space. Either way works, just let us know when you book.
